Holding a public or trade show at the Lyon Convention Centre ensures easy access to your exhibitors and visitors, guaranteeing appropriate services and a specific, “exhibition” department to guide and support you.

MODULAR SPACE
  • 8,400 m² on one level, for hosting exhibitions and tradeshows
  • Fully modular and filled with light, the surface area of the Convention Centre is divided into 6 forums that operate completely independently (administrative office, bar, conference room, access to delivery area)  
  • A delivery area on the same level as the forums for easy installation of your exhibition through specially adapted loading bays
  • A private parking area for your exhibitors
  • For your visitors, 3 car parks with a total capacity of 3,350 places.

EXHIBITORS’ SERVICE

Is available for :

  • The design, construction and installation of your exhibit (stands, site maps, specific areas, reception)
  • Administrative assistance (help with your security files)
  • Services and cable management (telephones, electricity, ISDN, networks, Internet), meet-and-greet (hostesses, badge management, signage), catering (permanent bars, stand service, restaurant on site)
  • An online ordering service for your exhibitors
